Info: This is, if you’ll excuse the cliché, a truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to gain experience in a truly unique surf community. Surfing is obviously a very recent phenomenon in Africa, but its popularity has sky-rocketed in recent years and your fundamental aim will be to capitalise on this. You will be, for the most part, in charge of your own projects, including (but not limited to):
-         Taking surf lessons and helping out on surf trips
-         Being in charge of marketing campaigns for the surf shop
-         Taking control of the accounts (with an aim to raise profitability)
-         Assisting with the management of staff

Requirements: Experience in business/management/accountancy/marketing would be preferable but are not essential. All applicants should be very motivated individuals who should are willing to take on projects without high-levels of supervision.

Provisions: They are unable to provide accommodation but can help you find budget accommodation on the beach for just $100 a month. And they can contribute towards your food expenses during your stay.
* As the guys there will be investing their own time to help with your training they have asked that applicants pay a £50 deposit. This is to ensure productivity - or at least to encourage genuine effort - and will be refunded on the successful completion of the placement. Availability: Intermediate/advanced surfers would be best suited to working from May to October, whilst all other times of the year would be ideal for beginner surfers.
