Info: Home to the best and most consistent barrels in the world, a trip to Bali is every surfer's dream. And this is your chance to make it a reality. You'll be working solely with the most luxurious properties on the island getting incredible experience in all of the following areas: surf coaching, marketing, reservations, maintenance, book-keeping, logistics, shop keeping, etc.

Living and working in Bali is a fabulous cultural experience and all the staff at the resorts get to spend a great deal of time in the water at a variety of locations around the island. The weather is tropical, there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas (stunning beaches, great restaurants & bars, etc.) and there are continuous opportunities to extend your broad skill-set. You'll be working solely with luxury properties including Four Seasons, Anantara and more and very often the guests are very good people and great fun to hang around with.

Requirements:
- International surf coaching qualification
- Advanced surfing skills
- First aid qualification
- Surf lifesaving qualification
- Experience in 5 star resort or hotel environment
- Service orientated background
- Multi-lingual an advantage (English and French are most important. Indonesian, Russian, Indian and Chinese are a bonus.)
- Strong organisational skills
- Great selling skills
- Accurate record keeping

Provisions/Expenses: They can provide: airport pick-up, free transport, performance-based wages and help finding affordable housing nearby. Interns will have to pay for their own: Kitas (a work permit - which costs US $1200 per year), a 12 month (multiple entry/exit) visa and a NPWP tax card (these extra documents along with legal preparation fees are about $800).

Availability: Currently available all year round but since this will be a 12 month posting (owing to the visa requirements of Indonesia) we expect space to be very limited.
