Before setting up Surf Internships, the founder spent a year working in the Latin American Surf Industry whilst also travelling the length of the continent. In September 2010, we will have our own Surf Internships representative heading out to that region to continue ensure all our Surf Interns get the most from their placements.

What we provide:

 -         Daily contact to allow preparation of customised Surf Internships

-         Phone and/or Skype meetings (if requested) to assist in preparation process

-         One on one meeting with a member of our team in London (when possible)

-         Advice on flights, accommodation, insurance and vaccinations

-         Airport transfer (where possible)

-         Travel tips from people who have done it before (if travelling in Latin America or Europe)

-         Regular contact during placement to ensure your satisfaction. If a Surf Intern is not satisfied we will try and find an alternative placement (where available)

-         Arrangement of language lessons (where available)

-         Assistance with applications and writing of CVs where necessary

-         Advice on finding jobs in the Surf Industry after completion of placement
