Peru - Lima (Placement 1) "The deluxe combo"
Info: This placement in Lima is where Surf Internships began. And for a very good reason too. Take on as many or as few of these roles as you want:
- Be a Surf Instructor at one of Peru's leading surf schools
- Take control of the marketing and advertising of the same surf school
- Be the school's official surf photographer during lessons and surf trips
- Work alongside the founder and vice-president of ALAS (Latin American Surf Association)
- Help run a small but highly-respected surf accessories company
Requirements: Applicants must be hard-working and must be able to handle early starts during peak times. An ability to speak basic Spanish is preferable.
Provisions: It is possible that some accommodation can be provided. Lunch will also be paid for when at work.
Availability: Surf Interns are most needed for Peru's summer season: November - February. There is usually plenty of work outside of these dates though.
