Peru - Punta Hermosa (Placement 1) "World-class waves everyday"
Info: Situated less than an hour south of Lima, Punta Hermosa is home to some of Peru's best breaks (don't be surprised if you find yourself next to Sofia Mulanovich in the lineup!). For this placement you'll be working for one of Peru's most famous surfers who also helps coach the national team. You'll be spending a lot of time in the water, helping out with lessons or going off on surf trips and there's also the option of helping out at their surf store. When possible we will let you split your time between here and Lima Placement 1 as they share the same owner.
Requirements: An ability to speak a basic level of Spanish would be preferable.
Provisions: Free accommodation is provided (and also food when the camp is busy).
Availability: Surf Interns are most needed during Peru's summertime (November - February). The period when the least amount of available work is from June - August.
