Peru - Lima (Placement 2) "The grass-roots Surf Internship"
Info: You will be helping a local surfer set up and run his own surf school. The guy you will be working with is not only an absolute legend but also a semi-pro surfer. He lives in basic conditions and resources are very limited so we are looking for ambitious, dedicated and entrepreneurial individuals who aren't afraid of a challenge. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, but in addition to that, you will also become part of his family and as such will have a unique insight into the daily-life of Peruvians in Lima. Since you will be able to notice your impact from day one - this is set to be truly epic and rewarding Surf Internship. If you are serious about making a difference this is your chance.
Requirements: Since resources are very limited so we are looking for ambitious, dedicated and entrepreneurial individuals who aren't afraid of a challenge. A basic level of Spanish would be preferable.
Provisions: Due to limited funds, no food or accommodation can be provided.
Availability: Surf Interns are most needed during Peru's summertime (November - February). The period when the least amount of available work is from June - August.
