Info: Located on the tropical island of Sri Lanka with its stunning scenery and pristine beaches, Surf Interns will be working with one of the fastes growing and best established surf schools on the island.
Job Description:
- Instruction of surf lessons for beginners and intermediates
- Instruction of SUP (stand-up paddle board) lessons
- Acting as a SUP tour guide
Average Work Hours: 5-6 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Required Skills:
- Qualified Life-Guard
- Qualified Surf Instructor (ideally with ISA qualification)
Languages: Fluent English (essential), French (preferred), German (bonus)
Length of Surf Internship: 2 months (minimum), 4 months (ideal), 5 months (maximum)
Maximum Number of Surf Interns at any one time: 1
Pay: This is an unpaid Internship.
Food: One free meal a day is provided.
Accommodation: Free private single En-suite room with fan.
Other Perks: Free use of surf equipment.
Living Expenses: $5-10 a day.
Availability: November to March only.
